Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We have been in business providing computer repair and services since 2001, we started web hosting and web design in 2005 and offered it only to local businesses and home users, we have decided to open up our servers to the general public in Dec of 2006 and have had great success and a positive response to our offers.
Q: Why do you charge a consultation fee to begin a project when other sites usually offer this for free?
A: The consultation fee is meant to reduce the number of fraudulant requests, giving us more time to ensure the high-quality and high-standards we wish to place on all our projects and designs. The consultation fee is included in the final project price, so it is not an additional fee for all projects that proceed.
Q: Do you offer a money back guarantee? What are the conditions for eligibility?
A: We have a 30 Day money back guarantee for our shared hosting, of course Domain Name Registration and SSL certificates can not be refunded. For our dedicated servers we offer a 10 Day Money back guarantee. Same as above Domain Name Registration and SSL Certificates can not be refunded. Coding, design, and development, are non-refundable.
Q: What is the estimated completion time for a project once begin?
A: Each quote is custom-made for a particular project; thus, we cannot give a specific time estimate until all information for that project is received.
Q: Is all your work performed in-house, or is some out-sourced??
A: All of our hardware repairs, designs, upgrades, and diagnostics, are performed in-house by our talented group of certified technicians. For Web design and coding, the customer has to option to have all work completed in-house or have some parts out-sourced, if need be. All out-sourcing stays within the United States with other qualified professionals.
Q: What methods do you accept for payment?
A: Currently we accept payments made via Credit Card Processing over the phone or via PAYPAL.
Q: Do you provide technical support for a Resellers clients or anyone other than the main account holder?
A: At this time we do not provide support to anyone other than the primary account holder. Resellers are responsible for their own clients. We may offer this service in the future for a small fee.
Q: Do you have a site builder?
A: We do not currently offer a site builder but may offer one soon if enough demand is shown for this service. At the current time we offer basic web design and assistance for our customers. Prices are listed on our site.
Q: Are you a Reseller?
A: We do not resell our hosting packages we have root access to and manage our own dedicated servers. We resell our Ventrilo and TeamSpeak Servers from a larger provider.
Q: Will you place any ads on my site?
A: Silicon Landscapes, Inc. will NOT place any kind of ads on your site or require you to link back to us.
Q: Do you allow sites to advertise for money, on their web site?
A: Yes, we allow sites to have commercial advertisements as long as they are not illegal in nature such as advertising for other sites that offer illegal software downloads and any other items against the law.
Q: Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees?
A: There are no hidden costs or fees. All prices related to your project will be divulged before your project has begun.
Q: Do you allow Adult Content?
A: At this time we do not allow adult content to be hosted or served from our servers, we pride ourselves on being family-/community-oriented and feel that allowing this type of content will only serve to cause ourselves and our clients possible problems in the future.

If it is found out that any of our accounts have sent spam and caused our mail server to be blacklisted or any of our servers to be disabled at any time for any reason you may be assessed charges to be determined depending on severity as well as have your account terminated. If Legal action is taken against us for any action that you cause, whether directly or indirectly you agree to hold us free from liability and agree to defend us from prosecution to the greatest extent of the law.
